What You'll Do
* Manage and deliver multiple engineering/manufacturing projects from planning to completion
* Take ownership of risk management and mitigation planning
* Work closely with clients to assess needs, provide engineering improvements, and support feasibility studies
* Forecast budgets, generate CAPEX, and monitor financial performance
* Develop detailed project plans, outcomes, and contingencies
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to regulatory standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders
* Manage change requests and ensure expected outcomes are achieved
What We're Looking For
* At least
2 years' experience
in project management (engineering or manufacturing sector preferred)
* A strong problem-solver with a proactive, "can-do" mindset
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* A genuine drive to learn, grow, and deliver projects to the highest standard
