Description
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact
* Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
* Provide proactive business advice and tax planning strategies
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Supervise and mentor junior team members
* Identify and pursue business development opportunities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
Profile
* Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
* Excellent client relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
