Your Role as an EYFS / ECT Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
* Create a vibrant learning environment that promotes exploration, play and independence
* Support children’s progress through continuous provision, structured teaching and outdoor learning
* Deliver early phonics, reading, writing and maths with confidence
* Observe, assess and track pupil development across all areas of learning
* Adapt provision to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and higher-attaining pupils
* Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
* Contribute to the wider life and values of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS or be an ECT working towards achieving QTS
* Have a genuine passion for Early Years education
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of early literacy and numeracy development
* Be reflective, proactive and committed to professional growth
* Show confidence in assessment and tracking within EYFS
* Be nurturing, enthusiastic and committed to high standards
