The Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Staines-Upon-Thames | Full-Time |
This isn't your average BDR role. With a strong inbound pipeline and a clearly defined ideal customer profile, you'll have the chance to sharpen your outbound skills

convert warm, interested prospects. You'll be on the front line of our growth — speaking with decision-makers in an industry that's ready for digital transformation.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves
* 6+ months of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or lead generation role (SaaS preferred).
* Strong communication skills, resilience, and curiosity.
* Passion for sales and a drive to learn and progress.
Nice-to-haves
* Experience with Salesforce CRM.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Sandler, etc.).
* Knowledge of the construction industry (a plus, but not required).
