We are recruiting a Theatre Support Worker at Bands 2 & 3, offering fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
* Support theatre staff and patients in the operating theatre environment.
* Work shifts, including nights, in accordance with the theatre schedule.
* Assist with patient care and movement, ensuring safety and comfort.
* Collaborate with clinical team members to provide high‑quality care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Attend an Assessment Day at Colchester – 20th November 2025 (location TBC).
* Hold residency status that allows you to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for these roles.
* Meet pre‑employment requirements, including the ability to provide references covering the last three years, a satisfactory DBS check, and Occupational Health assessment.
* Be 18 years or older at the commencement of the role, as you will be working shifts that include nights.
* Demonstrate passion for patient care and a willingness to learn and develop within the NHS.
