MK Search are currently working with a market leading M&E Contractor with a turnover of c. £300m who are looking to engage with an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a large scale life sciences scheme in Oxford with a £20m M&E package.
The company in question are very reputable and have a strong presence in the commercial, data centre, life sciences and government building sectors and are expanding across the UK and Europe. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with a growing contractor who have a strong pipeline of work.
Responsibilities:
* Management of internal teams, subcontractors and labour on site
* Working closely with procurement and commercial teams
* Ensuring smooth delivery of materials and sub-contract packages
* Client and stakeholder liaison throughout
* Keep budgets, timelines and resource on track
* Troubleshoot and resolve on site issues
* Drive quality, compliance and safety from start to finish
