WCB are seeking compassionate and dedicated bespoke waking night Support Worker's to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing bespoke care and Support to children and young people in crisis, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
This position requires a strong commitment to our young people, along with the ability to work effectively in a residential and community setting.
Responsibilities
* Support the children and young people within their home and out in the community with activities
* Maintain accurate daily records
* Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.
* Support children and young people attend any appointments.
* Work closely with management and other professionals
* Support with cleaning and cooking
Requirements
* 1 years UK previous experience working with children, ideally in a residential setting
* NVQ 3 with children and young people is desirable.
* A valid driving license with business insurance
* You will be required to complete practical and online training before starting work
* Fully enhanced DBS check and 5 years employment referencing
