Full Time 36 hours per week worked across 5 days Monday to Friday
Temp role for a minimum of 3 months likely to be extended up to 1 year
Pay rate up to 13.50 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our long:standing clients based in Kirkcaldy to recruit this temp role initially on a 3 month temporary basis : although its expected this role will be ongoing for at least 1 year, potentially longer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to one of their teams.
Please note : this role will involve some infrequent travel to locations across the Fife area (3 to 4 times per month max) so it is ESSENTIAL that applicants have a driving license and access to a vehicle, as some locations are inaccessible via public transport.
Duties involved in this role will include:
Acting as first point of contact for the team by email and telephone in a warm and efficient manner Handling and resolving enquiries wherever possible, escalating where required to the appropriate team member Collating and maintaining documentation and digital files, ensuring they are held properly and GDPR regulations are followed at all times Monitoring and ordering stationery, consumables and office supplies Raising purchase orders, tracking orders, monitoring stock and liaising with suppliers as and when required Supporting with the creation and delivery of internal communications to be distributed to various teams and offices Travelling to venues and locations under management to deal with any Administrative or Operational issues Creating and updating internal documents including extensive use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Various other ad hoc Admin tasks as required/directed including printing, scanning, mail handling and note taking : amongst a variety of other tasks
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Extensive previous experience within Administration : this experience is ESSENTIAL A full driving license, access to a vehicle and comfortable travelling across Fife when its required First class planning and organisation skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and complete a busy workload effectively : as well as the ability to pivot your focus when required Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
