Description
We are seeking an Early Talent Attraction Assistant to join the Claims Solutions Group Talent Attraction team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The role supports the growth of our Early Talent recruitment efforts, ideal for HR or Recruitment Administrators passionate about early talent attraction and seeking career development.
The role involves providing efficient recruitment services to stakeholders, external candidates, and internal colleagues for Early Talent opportunities (Apprenticeships, Paralegals, Claims Handlers). You will support the Early Talent Attraction Advisor in coordinating recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding, and serving as a key contact for inquiries.
Who you’ll be working with
You will be part of the CSG Talent Attraction team, focusing on evolving our Early Talent services. The role includes attending assessment centres, careers fairs, schools, colleges, and universities across the UK. The team works remotely nationwide, and applications from all locations are welcome, with travel to Birmingham and Newport supported.
What you will do
* Assist the Early Talent Attraction Advisor with recruitment activities for Paralegal, Claims Handling, and Apprentice roles.
* Support trainee recruitment in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
* Coordinate assessment days, including planning, candidate welcoming, and overseeing activities.
* Build relationships with stakeholders, recruitment advisors, HRBP's, and the wider HR team.
* Engage with colleges, schools, and universities, aligning activities with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, including open days and career fairs.
* Handle queries from candidates and colleagues regarding early talent opportunities.
* Support additional projects and onboarding activities as needed.
Who you are
* Experience in HR or Recruitment is advantageous.
* Passionate about early talent attraction, possibly with experience in education careers services.
* Committed to providing a positive candidate experience.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
