The Position
Our business is expanding, and we need excellent people to grow with us.
IPA is about making great hospitality easier. We are a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, and aim to be a one stop shop in the industry.
Within the IPA Group portfolio sits IPA Purchasing (Procurement), Coastal Dairies (Dairy) and Produce Matters (Fruit & Vegetables). As a group we aim to deliver a completely unique single order, delivery and invoice service to individual sites and groups across the country. IPA is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and excellent quality products at highly competitive prices.
You must be determined, tenacious and professional to support our clients and warehouse team. You will need to be approachable and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills. Good communication skills are vital, along with a proactive, self-starter approach.

Job Role
* Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike
* Onboarding of new accounts.
* Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.
* Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.
* Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.
* Taking client orders across various supply areas.
* Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.
* Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.
* Using our stock and order system to fulfill orders

* Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm
* 28 days holiday
