We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated operative with excellent interpersonal skills to join our dedicated Middlesbrough Independent Living Team.
You must be committed to providing a high-quality service in a busy environment, working to deadlines, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will carry out all general reception duties on behalf of the Middlesbrough Independent Living Services. These include dealing with members of the public and staff members face to face or via telephone. You will be expected to provide information and advice on the MILS services, and other housing related Support Services, which are available to clients, family members and professionals.
