Estates Manager - Glasgow
£40,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance (flexible)
A growing multi-site retail and hospitality business is looking for an experienced Estates Manager to oversee and develop its commercial property portfolio across Scotland.
This is a hands-on role focused on portfolio management, lease negotiations, landlord and tenant relationships, and sourcing new retail and drive-thru development opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in commercial property, estates or asset management
* Strong understanding of leases, rent reviews and property negotiations
* Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness
* Retail, hospitality or development experience advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
