【Job Requirements】
车辆管理与调度方向： 1. 根据区域订单特征与服务半径，制定车辆调度规则，实现人车匹配最优化； 2. 协助服务商提升配送车辆管理能力，包括日常排车、路径优化与运营效率； 3. 监控订单履约过程中车辆运行数据，及时发现低效配送路径并进行调整； 4. 支持多品类运输服务的调配与落地，推动专车与混运资源的合理整合； 5. 参与异常配送任务的调度协调，及时响应车辆调配需求，保障服务不中断。 共性职能： 1、对中心的家品类安维达成结果进行分析并对问题进行整改； 2、负责所在地区的服务商的日常对接工作并定期走访发现问题； 3、对区域订单进行监控，服务商信息员培训指导，对超期订单进行定期清理； 4、负责家电全品类的网络建设以及资源储备，优化现有网络； 5、安装服务各类异常处理。 管服务商
