Experienced HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, people focused environment. As HR Business Partner you will havemulti-site responsibility, working closely with key stakeholders and senior management to champion HR throughout the business. This role combines strategic input with hands-on HR delivery supporting managers across the business to manage HR processes, drive performance, and build engagement.
What You'll Do
1. Act as the HR lead for change projects (site changes, restructuring, TUPE)
2. Manage complex HR cases in partnership with key stakeholders
3. Provide HR advice to Site Manager and their management teams
4. Work with Managers to ensure employee issues are resolved quickly and where possible informally
5. Coach Line Managers to ensure they are competent in tackling ER issues in an appropriate manner
6. Partner with senior leadership to embed behaviours aligned with company values and drive change to improve organisational effectiveness
7. Use data and insights to improve engagement, performance, and culture
8. Handle employee relations issues (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies)
