Overview
Jobwise works in partnership to provide temporary reception cover across the portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities
* Provide reception support and ensure seamless, quality customer service for all guests and employees.
* Be the first point of call for guests & visitors – greeting them on arrival and handling their enquiries.
* Answer and direct phone calls.
* Manage conference room bookings and ensure rooms are set up and ready for use; arrange refreshment and catering requests.
* Perform additional ad hoc reception duties as they arise.
Experience & Skills
* Background in hospitality, front‑of‑house, or within a customer‑oriented business.
* Previous reception or hosting experience is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and well‑organised.
Benefits
* Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
* Pay rate £13.45 per hour.
* Weekly pay.
* Paid holidays up to 28 days per year.
