Sales Development Representative
Manchester (Hybrid)
£30,000 base + £15,000 OTE (Uncapped)

We are partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS business that is looking to grow out it's GTM team with driven SDR's.
The Role (SDR)
As an SDR, your focus is simple: build high-quality pipeline.
Engaging senior decision-makers and generating well-qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
This is a performance-driven SaaS role with a clear path into closing.
What You’ll Be Doing (SDR)
* Building and executing structured outbound campaigns
* Prospecting via phone, personalised email and LinkedIn
* Running commercially focused qualification conversations
* Booking high-quality discovery meetings
* Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
* Re-engaging warm and dormant accounts
* Feeding market insight back into GTM strategy
What We’re Looking For (SDR)
* 1–3 years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
* Experience booking meetings with mid-to-senior decision-makers
* Confident communicator with strong commercial instinct
* Structured and process-driven in outbound activity
* Ambitious and motivated by progression into closing
* Comfortable working in a scaling SaaS environment
* Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
* Manchester-based (hybrid working model)
