About the Role
This is a fast-paced position at the centre of our operations. No two days are the same, and our industry rarely follows a standard 9–5 schedule, so we’re looking for someone who can adapt quickly, stay organised, and keep multiple moving parts running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Booking and coordinating freelance crew worldwide
* Organising flights, accommodation, and travel logistics
* Coordinating with production teams and clients
* Managing equipment and personnel logistics
* Processing supplier invoices and reconciling project costs
* Handling operational administration and schedules
* Prioritising multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is: Highly competent, organised, and proactive. You don’t need previous experience in broadcast or live events, but you must have strong administrative skills, be confident in Excel, and an excellent communicator.
Required Skills
* A proven, stable work history demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
* Experience beyond entry-level roles – someone who knows how to take ownership of tasks and manage responsibilities independently
* A mindset of going above and beyond, willing to work outside standard hours when needed
Preferred Skills
A thirst for new challenges, a drive to learn continuously, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
