SAP Contant Design Lead – SAP
£40,000 – £45,000 plus benefits (Work level 6A)
Manchester city centre – hybrid working

What you’ll do
* Deliver training that’s cost effective, sustainable, and right for our end users
* Act as an expert for the SAP Enable Now platform for the team, keeping your knowledge up to date
* Continually review the effectiveness of the SAP Enable Now system configuration and implement improvements that’ll streamline our internal ways of working
* Partner with our internal IT enabling functions to optimise the SAP Enable Now platform
* Take responsibility for the design, delivery and implementation of upskilling sessions; developing the internal SAP Enable Now capability that allows us to perform as a specialist design and delivery function
This role would suit people who have
* Extensive experience of working with SAP Enable Now
* Experience of working in a large-scale, programme/project environment
* The ability to translate complex information into a solution that’s right for our end users
* A talent for spotting opportunities to continuously improve ways of working
* A commitment to introducing efficient and impactful learning experiences and helping colleagues to develop in their role
