Foreman - Nuneaton - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreman to oversee the service, refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of hire and customer equipment to the required safety levels and within the agreed timescales.
On a day-to-day basis, you will supervise a team of service engineers to ensure stock is in place, provide technical assistance, and organise technical training for the team.
What you’ll need:
* Strong mechanical knowledge
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience of supervising a team, ideally within a similar industry
* Knowledge and experience of managing asset and stock counts
* Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
* Ability to manage a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all H&S and housekeeping standards are maintained
