Job Description Our established client based in Desborough is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. You’ll manage returns, credit notes, and customer queries, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Issue Returns Authorisation (RA) numbers and handle related documentation. Authorise and create credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage debit notes for national accounts and coordinate international returns. Communicate with customers, sales teams, and agents professionally via phone and email. Follow up on outstanding returns and handle direct consumer queries. Support team members during absences and maintain departmental standards. What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. It literacy - MS Office Experience in customer service, returns management, or administration. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Collaborative approach, comfortable working across international teams.
