Our team and the individuals you’ll support
As a Support Practitioner you’ll become part of a fun, friendly and dedicated team that provides invaluable support to four amazing people within their shared home, along with individuals who visit us for a short‑break stay. You’ll build a genuine relationship with each of the individuals and be part of moments that really matter; whether it’s cooking a meal, achieving a goal, trying something new or simply feeling understood.
In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living you’ll also support them with their hobbies and interests, including trips to the local pub, baking, dominoes and going for walks.

Shift patterns
As we’re dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual, the shifts usually fall between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 with sleepovers, waking nights, weekends and public holidays forming part of your rota on a rotational basis.
Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional payment of £107.60 for every sleepover shift you work. Waking night shifts are paid at your normal hourly rate, plus an additional payment of £20 per night.
