Responsibilities:
As a Manual Machinist CNC Lathe, you will:
* Set up, operate, and maintain manual lathe machines
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Conduct cycle inspections and ensure quality standards are met
* Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Manual Machinist with CNC Lathe expertise
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance
* Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, callipers)
* Good numerical and literacy skills for metric conversions
* Experience with Duplex and Nickel Alloy Materials
* Background in EDM/Wire settings
* Knowledge of process improvement initiatives
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
