Responsibilities include:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement construction procurement strategies aligned with client objectives and project goals.

Person Specification:
* Extensive experience in construction procurement with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Experience managing construction-specific contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC). Experience in amending or creating bespoke NEC contracts is a plus.
* Passion for procurement and supply chain management, focusing on efficiency, cost savings, and value creation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
