Salesforce Technical Lead – Outside IR35 – Hybrid
We're partnered with a leading tech-driven organisation currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join their growing team on a contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact Salesforce programmes at an enterprise level, owning technical design, leading development teams, and bringing structure to complex solutions.

You should possess deep Salesforce expertise and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. The team values those who deliver structured, concise answers, seek clarity when needed, and demonstrate leadership in guiding discussions and teams.
The Ideal Profile:
Strong technical background in Salesforce, especially from a development-heavy role
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Proven ability to deliver high-level and low-level technical designs
Experience with enterprise architecture and multi-cloud environments
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Order Management Systems (OMS), and RLM
Excellent communication skills – capable of leading conversations, clarifying requirements, and explaining complex topics simply
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead design reviews and technical deep dives
* Length: Initial 6 months with likely extensions
