Customer Service Advisor (Travel Industry) - Chester
9:00AM – 5:30PM hours | ASAP Start Date
The key to life is always having a holiday booked, and your role will be completely focused on helping our Travel Sales team make customers dreams a reality.
With over 600,000 customers in the UK built up over the last 10 years, we are leaders for holidays including cruises, luxury travel, Asia specialists, package holidays, and last minute deals. Our services range from flights, hotels, airport parking, lounges and car rental – the full works!
Your role will be to assist with any general enquiries before our customers fly. You’ll be answering inbound calls regarding documentation queries, bookings, and addons including seat and room upgrades. You will also respond to emails, send out pricing, quotes and any booking amendments via the system. We are looking for individuals who have previously worked in a travel environment, as we find it important to have an understanding of what it takes to assist with custom made packages. You will be supporting our luxury long haul team, short haul “bucket and spade” team, and our cruise specialists which will give you an insight into every type of holiday package.
