Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an HR Business Partner to be based in North England.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
* Responsible for delivering and partnering with the assigned function to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
* Support workforce planning, talent management, and leadership capability development.
* Contribute to reward, engagement, and culture initiatives
* Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices.
* Oversee employee relations matters
* Ensure compliance with labor law, HR policies, and industry regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant HR qualifications or accreditations would be beneficial.
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role in the UK.
* Ability to demonstrate passion and long-term drive for a career in HR.
* Ability to advocate HR policy, process, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* Strong people orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
