Starting salary £43,412
Your Tasks
1. Train in all aspects of the Maintenance Department and follow standard operating policies.
2. Maintain high levels of quality, safety and environmental awareness within the department.
3. Provide full support to the Mechanical Supervisors and assist where required on plant.
4. Complete Mechanical SAP reports detailing daily tasks performed.
5. Ensure all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures are taken and that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
Our Requirements
6. SVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
7. Reasonable standard of secondary education.
8. Knowledge and understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
9. Health & Safety awareness.
10. Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
11. Experience in the operation of Fork Lift Trucks and Mobile Elevated Working Platforms. Licences preferred, however training can be provided.
