THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead the companys global people strategy and act as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
The Head will ensure the company has the right leadership, organizational structure and talent to support its next phase of growth. The company is undergoing a significant operational and commercial transformation, and this role carries a mandate to actively shape that process not simply maintain the status quo.
This role requires a strong and pragmatic leader capable of operating across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex employment environments and supporting leadership in important organizational decisions.
The ideal candidate will come from a high-performing technology organization and bring experience managing global teams and scaling international companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partner to the Executive Leadership Team
1. As a member of the executive leadership team, contribute to decisions on organizational structure, leadership development and workforce strategy. Build a strong leadership bench capable of supporting the companys long-term growth.
Organizational Design & Transformation
2. Work with leadership to design and evolve an organizational structure that supports global growth and operational efficiency.
3. Lead the people dimension of the companys transformation, ensuring the right roles, capabilities and team structures are in place.
Labour Relations & Employment Frameworks
4. Lead the companys approach to labour relations across multiple jurisdictions, including engagement with unions and employee representative bodies where applicable.
5. Ensure the company operates effectively within different labour frameworks while protecting its operational flexibility.
Global Workforce Management
6. Oversee a global workforce of approximately 600 employees, including employees, contractors and offshore teams across multiple regions.
7. Ensure the organization operates efficiently while maintaining compliance with local labour regulations.
Performance, Culture & Incentives
8. Strengthen a culture based on accountability and performance.
9. Design compensation and incentive frameworks that clearly align individual objectives with company goals, ensuring incentives support both personal contribution and overall business performance.
Talent & HR Systems
10. Ensure the company attracts, develops and retains strong talent globally.
11. Establish effective HR systems, processes and governance to support a growing international organization.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
12. Senior HR leadership experience within technology companies
13. Experience managing global organizations across multiple countries and cultures
14. Experience navigating complex employment environments, including unions or employee representative bodies
15. Proven track record supporting organizational development, transformation and leadership scaling
16. Experience managing blended workforce models (employees, contractors and offshore teams)
17. Strong judgment, resilience and the ability to operate in complex environments
18. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
19. Fluent English
PREFERRED
20. Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or logistics technology
21. Experience leading people strategy during periods of significant organizational change
22. Experience working within group-owned or multi-entity technology companies
LOCATION
Flexible. The role may be based in Europe or another major company hub, with travel to key company locations as required.
