Purpose of the Role
The Franchise Sales & Training Manager identifies and recruits prospective franchisees, manages the sales process from initial contact to agreement, and delivers world-class franchisee training to new franchise business owners. Training covers sales, operations, business management, and recruitment to set the franchise business owner up for success. The role requires a strong proven sales and training background, the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, and effective listening. The role ensures prospects are equipped with all information needed to decide to join the Bright & Beautiful or Greensleeves network as a franchisee. The role involves explaining the opportunity, the detailed business plan, and cashflow forecast; knowledge of numbers is essential. High performance is crucial as the primary contact and trainer for all new franchisees joining our network.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell new franchise territories and franchise resales across the UK.
* Assess prospective franchisees for suitability to join the Bright & Beautiful or Greensleeves network.
* Deliver engaging presentations outlining the unique opportunity.
* Manage the sales process from initial engagement to completion of training.
* Understand the Franchise Agreement and the legal process; guide prospects through the process.
* Understand the business plan and financial forecasting.
* Deliver New Franchisee Training with credibility, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
* Answer prospects' questions via phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings.
* Deliver defined sales targets and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Ensure documentation is compliant with the Franchisee Agreement.
* Contribute to Sales and Brand meetings to drive continuous improvement.
* Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and departments.
* Be an advocate for the Code of Values.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience
* Extensive experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
* Demonstrable training experience (classroom-based).
* Franchise experience is preferable but not essential.
Skills / Knowledge
* Ability to follow strict compliance and governance within a legal and sales structure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales-driven with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly; accountable for sales targets.
