Research Manager
Location: London (4 days office-based, Fridays WFH)
Salary: Up to 60,000 + benefits
About the role
In this role, you'll deliver end-to-end quantitative research projects using a proprietary platform, acting as the main point of contact for clients who use the self-serve offer. You'll guide them on survey design, data quality, and project execution, while collaborating closely with technical, commercial, and product teams to refine and improve the platform.
You'll also:
* Manage client relationships and lead calls, offering strategic research advice.
* Drive improvements in self-serve processes through client feedback.
* Support business growth by expanding and developing accounts.
* Contribute to product development discussions with cross-functional teams.
* Potentially line-manage junior researchers.
About you
We're seeking someone with:
* 3+ years' experience in quantitative (or mixed-methods) market research.
* Strong knowledge of survey design, sampling, and data cleaning.
* Proven experience delivering research such as brand tracking, ad testing, and ad hoc projects.
* Confidence in client-facing situations and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Nice to have:
* Experience with online panels.
* Experience supporting clients using a research platform or product independently.
