About The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, the role will involve driving the reporting and decision support of wholesale financial performance, as well as ensuring effective controls are in. Collaboration with the Central Finance Reporting team is essential to ensure transparency and accuracy of information from finance into the business.
Accountabilities
* Provide relevant and timely financial insight to key senior stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions on future direction of operations, profitability and customer outcomes
* Key Finance contact to support all aspects of operational decisions
* Provide analytics proactively to help drive better commercial outcomes
* Finance contact for Weekly Operations Reviews with senior operations team
* Assist in capture and collation of Budgeting and Forecasting for areas of focus
* Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in constructing commentary and analysis for month end by considering the business reasons for performance
* Track efficiency KVDs (Initiatives) for Continuous Improvement
* Support data/cost modelling for key business cases and investment appraisals

About You
* Strong analytical mindset
* Advanced Excel level (pivots, advanced calculations and modelling skills)
* Experience with data modelling tools such as Power BI
* Intermediate knowledge of other Office products such as Powerpoint and Word
* Adaptable and pro-active with strong problem solving skills
* Proven stakeholder management and challenge skill set
* Ability to drive decision making through analytical methods
