Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom. Work mode: Hybrid | 3 days a week in the office. Contract duration: 6 months.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Lightning Web Components (LWC): Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
* Apex: Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages (if applicable).
* Salesforce Flows: Develop complex automated business processes using Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and more.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
* Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
* Debug and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.
* Manage data migrations and integrations with other systems using Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce instance by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and development best practices.
* Document technical designs, code, and processes.
* Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
* Proven expertise in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Strong proficiency in Apex development (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, etc.).
* Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows.
* Experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
* Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
* Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
