Senior Quantity Surveyor – Dundee

The Role
We are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on key projects within our growing portfolio. This is a predominantly office‑based role offering responsibility across multiple schemes and the opportunity to play a key role in project delivery and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Full commercial responsibility for projects from pre‑construction to final account
* Leading subcontractor procurement and commercial management
* Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Managing valuations, variations, and contractual matters
* Identifying and managing commercial risks
* Liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced QS ready to step up
* Strong background working for a main contractor
* Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes
* Ability to manage projects independently
* Strong leadership and communication skills
