We are seeking a knowledgeable and eager team player to take on this long-term role, with the potential for this to become a permanent placement for an outstanding SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA will bring a varied and dynamic skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children’s individual needs and have a positive impact all around the school. The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages (KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4) with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
