Job Description
To support the management of the Mechanical Maintenance department and ensure:
* Highest standards of H&S are continually followed.
* Legislative compliance is fulfilled and best practice maintenance techniques are utilized to provide highest possible asset availability.
Specific Tasks
* Maintenance Operations
o Scheduling of work orders and creating outage schedules for all disciplines.
o Ensuring that all required information is stored to the work order (minimum requirements).
o Ensuring that required spare parts and materials are booked to the work orders.
o Ensuring spare part availability for scheduled work.
o Preparation of permits and requesting required isolation from production teams.
o Ensuring that required inspections and preparations for permits are done as agreed for scheduled maintenance activities including on‑run and shutdowns (e.g., atmospheric testing for confined space, isolations, etc.).
o Arranging and agreeing with production for the use of external support teams required for permits (e.g., fire watch, confined space rescue teams, etc.).
o Creation of labor request estimations for open work orders and scheduled work.
o Job pack and document preparation for scheduled Mechanical maintenance work.
o Ensuring full work allocation for internal and external resources.
o Internal and external resource planning and coordination according to plans.
