I’m currently representing a leading Manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton and they’re looking for an Estimator to join them on a 12 Month FTC for Maternity Cover with a strong possibility to become a permanent position after.

Job Description
* Quote & Sales Support: Manage quotes for maintenance contracts, support sales activities, handle inquiries, and assist in negotiation and reporting.
* Customer & Aftersales Service: Act as a primary customer contact, addressing inquiries, aftersales concerns, warranty issues, and payment processing.
* Export & Compliance Management: Oversee domestic and international sales logistics, ensure export compliance, and manage shipping documentation and regulations.
* CRM & Opportunity Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, track live opportunities, and conduct prospecting calls to generate new leads.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, logistics, and management teams; contribute to meetings, reporting, and administrative support for senior staff.
Estimator
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in sales administration, sales support, inside sales or similar roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail, particularly in managing orders and documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
