The Role
Working closely with Property Managers and reporting to a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of fabric maintenance across multiple London sites. Expect broad exposure, autonomy, and a mix of technical and project-focused work, including:
1. Advising property teams with clear, professional technical guidance.
2. Delivering the planned preventative maintenance programme across the portfolio.
3. Carrying out façade, roof and fabric inspections, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
4. Specifying, tendering and project managing both planned and remedial works.
5. Supporting budgets, lifecycle planning and long-term maintenance strategy.
