The Role
Our People Plan Lead plays a pivotal role within the People Change & Solutions team, driving the delivery, governance and success of easyJet’s People transformation agenda.
Sitting at the heart of the People function, this high-impact role works closely with senior stakeholders to bring clarity, structure and insight to our People Plan. If you enjoy turning strategy into action, navigating complexity and enabling others to deliver at pace, this role offers real opportunity to make a difference.
You’ll oversee easyJet’s People change agenda, partnering with senior leaders to ensure People programmes and projects are prioritised, aligned to the People Strategy and delivered effectively. You’ll establish strong change governance, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear reporting and analysis to the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team. Alongside this, you’ll support People teams to deliver change on time and within budget, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure change lands successfully.
