Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Telemarketer to join their team in Essex.

The Position
Job Title: Apprentice Telemarketer
Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Technical Sales
Apprenticeship Duration: 13 months + EPA
Location: Essex, CM3
Working Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM – Monday to Friday
About the Role
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls to prospective clients. You will create rapport, engage in meaningful business conversations, and identify key pain points related to their managed print and telecom needs. Your ability to understand contractual obligations and propose tailored solutions will be crucial to your success.
Your Responsibilities
* Proactively make outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
* Engage decision-makers in strategic business conversations to understand their needs.
* Identify and fully qualify opportunities by understanding customer pain points and contractual obligations, as well as ensuring they are open to change.
* Build and maintain strong relationships to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
* Present the company’s managed print and telecom solutions effectively and persuasively.
* Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
* Achieve and exceed set call and appointment targets.
* Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and provide insights from calls.
* Schedule meetings in the sales team’s diaries.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all prospect interactions are logged.
