Our dynamic leisure centre is currently seeking a dedicated Leisure Centre Supervisor to oversee our facility's operations and staff.
You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensuring the centre is run effectively and efficiently, you’ll lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the leisure centre and staff.
* Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safe operating procedures.
About you / Qualifications
* Proven track record in managing a leisure or fitness centre.
* Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
* Well-honed communication and interpersonal skills; experience in developing and promoting activities and services to maximise customer participation.
* National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) required; if not held, training can be provided.
* DBS check is required.
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Swimming ability assessment (interview swim test)

* Swim 100m continuously on your front, then 100m on your back
* Tread water in deep water for more than 30 seconds
* Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool
* Climb out of the pool unaided

Candidates should be within commuting distance of our offices in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, or able to attend meetings if located further away.
