Essential Skills and Experience
· Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to keep multiple matters running smoothly and efficiently
· Good attention to detail, particularly when preparing and managing legal documents and bundles
· Experience supporting the administrative side of projects or casework
· Comfortable using systems such as DocuSign to circulate and track agreements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe (including document bundling and formatting)
· Ability to take clear, accurate notes, including initial enquiry notes and meeting notes
· Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
· Good time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and keep others on track with reminders
· Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desirable Skills and Experience
· Knowledge of employment law is preferred or experience within a legal environment
· Some experience of legal research and drafting
Qualifications
· Good academic background (a law degree or equivalent is preferred, but not essential)
