An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding leisure and retail business with ambitious growth plans across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high:impact operational and strategic initiatives across a dynamic multi:site environment. This role will play a key part in supporting business expansion, enhancing operational performance, driving sustainability initiatives, and identifying cost efficiencies across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects within leisure, hospitality, retail, or other multi:site operational environments, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end:to:end delivery of operational and business improvement projects
* Drive sustainability initiatives and support wider ESG objectives
* Identify and implement cost:saving and operational efficiency opportunities
* Coordinate cross:functional teams across operations, property, and finance
* Support expansion and transformation programmes across the business
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Key Requirements
* Proven project management experience within leisure, retail, hospitality, or related sectors
* Strong background in operations, transformation, and business improvement initiatives
* Experience delivering sustainability and cost:efficiency programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
* Ability to thrive in a fast:paced, evolving environment
