You possess substantial experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced and international environment. Your expertise includes employee relations, talent management, and HR policy implementation. You are a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. You are proficient in English (C2 level) and possess a solid understanding of UK employment law. You thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to contribute to an innovative company.
