Football Programmes Coordinator
Join the Foundation of Light Football in the Community team as a Football Programmes Coordinator. This permanent role involves leading the implementation and development of football coaching programmes across Sunderland, South Tyneside, and County Durham, with a focus on evening and weekend sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and develop Foundation Football Programmes, ensuring excellent delivery, player recruitment, and retention.
* Support the creation of more opportunities for players to participate in football activities and implement the player development pathway.
* Develop a high-quality, competent coaching workforce through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
* Work across Sunderland, South Tyneside, and County Durham, delivering a minimum of three evening and weekend sessions per week.
* During probation, prove success to secure a permanent position.
