The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Birmingham. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Monday - Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm £12.21 per hour.
Main Duties
* Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
* Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
* Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
* Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
* Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
* Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
What We're Looking For
* A positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions.
* Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided).
* Good English speaking and reading abilities.
