Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the endoscopy unit
* Maintain and lead JAG accreditation standards and audits
* Support service development, governance, and staff development
* Deliver outstanding patient care and operational efficiency
Essential Requirements
* Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong endoscopy clinical experience
* Proven people and service management experience
* Demonstrable JAG accreditation experience
* Excellent leadership, communication, and quality-focus
