My client is on the lookout for a Senior Management Accountant to join their award-winning team.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of the management accounts for the entire Group. You'll work closely with Managers, support strategic decision-making, and lead a team of Management Accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Present key insights and reports to senior leadership including the CFO and CEO
* Drive budgeting and forecasting in partnership with site managers
* Improve processes and ensure robust financial controls
* Lead year-end close and liaise with external auditors
* Mentor and manage a team of Management Accountants
What You'll Bring:
* CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified
* A detail-oriented and analytical mindset
* Strong knowledge of Sage 200 and Excel
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Passion for continuous improvement
