Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, Handy Person/Driver for our Safety Assessment site located in Tranent.
Responsibilities
* Routine maintenance of site buildings fabric, including minor joinery and plumbing work
* Competent use of a variety of hand tools, both manual and electric
* General maintenance of the site including painting, drain clearing and roof leak repairs
* Driving company vehicles
* Site tidying, clearing and gritting of roadways and paths, clearing litter and emptying of site waste bins
Qualifications
* You must have a clean driving license and should ideally have some previous relevant experience of working in a similar environment, especially including forklift truck operation.
The salary for this is £23,842.35 (£12.60 per hour).
