Shift patterns: This role will start on a day shift, Monday to Friday, working standard office hours.
After 1st September, the position will transition to a 3 shift rotating pattern.

We're now looking for a Warehouse System Administrator to support the Super User Team with system testing and training as we implement the new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Once the initial testing and training phase is complete, this role will transition into a Warehouse Administrator position.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Support UAT testing by setting up WMS test scenarios, completing test scripts, recording results and re testing where required.
* Processing items within an automated warehouse environment to test the warehouse information flows
* Provide training and day to day support to colleagues on WMS processes, acting as the first point of contact for system related queries.
* Work closely with central IT and site teams to support communication and updates relating to the WMS, including attending Super User forums.
* Escalate system issues to the helpdesk and help maintain accurate system processes.
* Perform general warehouse operations when not involved in testing or training.
Warehouse Administrator duties (after go live)
* Manage and maintain accurate warehouse data, system records and documentation.
* Support goods in, goods out and inventory functions by ensuring system accuracy and warehouse process compliance.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous Warehouse Administration experience is required to be considered for this role.
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
* Strong IT literacy, including confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with key stakeholders.
* Ability to translate warehouse management systems requirements to new warehouse colleagues to ensure adherence to expected warehouse standards.
