Consumer Additions are working with an exciting high growth, sustainable Activewear brand who are seeking a Creative Director to take charge of their creative marketing strategy.
Reporting into the Founder, and leading a team of creative marketers & agencies, you will define, develop and execute the creative direction of the brand from initial concept to end-consumer.
Owning the Brand’s creative vision, you will generate new ideas in line with the brand ethos that inspire audiences from extensive brand initiatives, through to everyday content ideas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute the brands tone of voice and visual identity across multiple digital channels.
* Develop the creative strategy that is elevated, consistent and reflective of the brand, its employees and consumers.
* Develop exciting ideas and campaigns in line with the strategic growth and overall business objectives. You will be a source for creative inspiration and the driving force for the Brand’s visual evolution.
* Produce content from ideation and storyboarding through to final execution.
* Execute compelling creative campaigns, covering product launches, key calendar moments, brand collaborations etc
What we are looking for:
* Extensive experience as a senior creative in marketing, such as an Art Director or Creative Director in a DTC environment.
* Proven track record of delivering strategic independent creative thinking, generating ideas and bringing them to life.
* Excellent project management skills (especially content production projects) - managing timing, people and costs.
* Contagious enthusiasm and excellent at lobbying in favour of your creative vision.
* Ideally have experience in graphic design.
* Experience working in / with a founder-led scale-up.
